Image lignum.jpgMuehlenbeckia florulenta (Lignum) occurs in dense thickets to the north of the Lake and form the basis of the breeding habitat for many water birds. Open areas without Lignum tend to be covered by Marsilea drummondii (Nardoo) and Myriophyllum verrucosum (Water Milfoil) when the Lake is inundated. Scattered E. camaldulensis may occur amongst the Lignum.
